Elegant Fashion Retailer Fletcher Jones Improves POS System Stability with DigiPoS Retail Active 8000
Sydney, Australia – In business for over 90 years, apparel retailer Fletcher Jones have come a long way from selling wares out of a horse drawn wagon. Based out of Victoria, they now run 52 shops selling up market business, urban and casual attire to men and women.
Priding themselves on a tailored collection that is designed to enhance personal flair and refined sophistication, Fletcher Jones dedicates much attention to customer service in order to stay consistent with their mission since 1918. When they began their search for point of service terminals they turned to DigiPoS Store Solutions. Fletcher Jones wanted to improve their system stability by moving away from their white box PC which lacked the robust retail technology they required for the high uptime their customers expect.

The rollout will continue over the next few years and will also feature a DigiPoS cash drawer, Datalogic Touch 65 scanner, Epson H6000 multifunction printer, a 17” LCD monitor and an external RS-232 Modem.
